Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Free corkage for 1 lechon and 2 bottles of hard liquor for exclusive bookings only.
Cooking is strictly prohibited inside rooms or anywhere on the property.
Do not hang wet towels or clothes on railings.
Towel/clothes racks are provided inside the bathroom and outside your unit.
Room towels are for indoor use only.
Please request pool/beach towels at the reception.
Any damage to property, linens, or equipment will be charged accordingly.
Please dispose of trash properly and keep your space tidy.
Proper swimming attire is required.
Shower before using the pool.
Use cliff and beach areas with caution and at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
This is a non-smoking resort. Smoking inside rooms will incur a ₱5,000 fine.
A designated smoking area is located near the parking area.
Late check-out or early Check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All down payments are non-refundable.
Rebooking may be allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
